SiteQuest – Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SiteQuest profile, trips, and uploaded content at any time. Follow the steps below or contact us if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete directly in the app
- Open the SiteQuest app on your device and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete my account.
- Read the warning and type DELETE ME to confirm you understand this is permanent.
- Tap Delete account. We immediately sign you out and queue your personal data for removal.
You will receive a confirmation inside the app once the request is submitted. Deletions are usually processed within a few minutes.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address linked to your account at privacy@site-quest.app with the subject “SiteQuest account deletion”. We will verify your identity and trigger the same deletion process on your behalf.
What gets deleted
- Profile data (name, email, avatar, credits).
- Trips, membership history, cards, and card outcomes.
- Media uploads, attachments, and card assets stored in Firebase.
These records are removed from Firestore and Storage immediately after your request is processed.
What we retain (and for how long)
- Systems logs and aggregated metrics that cannot identify you individually — kept for up to 30 days for security monitoring.
- Purchase / tax records, if applicable, for up to 5 years to satisfy accounting and legal obligations.
After those windows expire, these records are permanently deleted or anonymized.
